I ran the influencer program at TruFusion and managed over 100 influencers between two studios. Twice a year, we would partner with a brand to host a sponsored fitness event for all our influencers, along with other influential, like-minded community members to amplify our brand message, foster meaningful connections, and drive engagement across various online platforms.
